One of the 21st century skills is the problem solving skills that one teacher should have. We face with many problems with our daily lives and we might have some problems with our students too. The important thing is that how we solve these problems?
First of all we should think both analytical and creative. We shouldn’t get effect from others and try to remember our jobs as a teacher and find best and safe ways the solve the problems. Some students may not want to listen to the lesson as they have problems with their teachers and this may cause of their learning process is to be fail. As a teacher we want our students learn without having difficulties. Talking with them about the problem and listen what they say is essential as they are individuals too. We should accept the fact that there is a problem instead of avoiding and push back the process of finding the solution.
By doing that our students doesn’t afraid to talk with us if they are having problems with us, with another teacher ,in the school or with his/her family or friends. So if we know what is the problem we can help them to find a way to solve it and make their learning process little less difficult.
